Our approach to development awareness highlights the value of community participation and makes connections between local and global actions to reduce poverty, injustice and inequality.
In partnership with universities in the UK and Ireland we run modules on Global Health and Development to build medical students' understanding of the causes of poverty and exclusion of disadvantaged communities in developing countries. These modules enable students to meet and learn from Skillshare International development workers and partner organisations who have first-hand experience of working to improve health services in Africa and Asia.
