Skillshare International works in partnership with locally-based organisations in Southern Africa, West Africa, India and Nepal to reduce poverty, injustice and inequality.  Our work is focused on five programmes:

• Sustainable livelihoods
• HIV and AIDS
• Gender justice
• Sport for development
• Conflict transformation

We support our partner organisations in Africa and Asia to achieve their visions and meet locally-determined priorities and needs.  We have a range of practical ways in which we support the development of our partners and their local communities:

• The placement of international volunteers with our partner organisations.
• Our leadership development programmes develop the strategic leadership skills of our partner organisations.
• Financial resource development, including building the capacity of our partners to access programme funding.
