Our aim is to develop a community of leaders committed to social change and high quality service delivery, using an empowering, holistic approach to leadership.

Skillshare International’s leadership programme focuses on delivering change at the individual, organisational and sectoral level. For each piece of work, Skillshare International identifies the best consultants or facilitators and trainers available to meet the specific requirements of the client. We use a combination of in-house and external consultants with whom we have developed a close working relationship over a number of years.

We have been delivering leadership development services for more than 10 years working with local, national and international NGOs, national and local Government and Government agencies, and academic institutions to improve organisations' leadership capacity.

Our leadership programmes aim to develop the ability of individuals to provide effective strategic leadership to their teams, organisations and the wider society.

We offer a wide range of leadership development services including:

• Bespoke and standard leadership development workshops
• Open leadership development workshops
• Coaching and mentoring
