Could you lead a team of International Citizen Service volunteers?

ICS team leaders work with small groups of younger volunteers to share skills and support them during their placements.
The leadership placements require skills such as project management, group supervision and/or specialist skills that relate to the area of work - community health, business development or sport for example. Experience of working with young people in a leadership, coaching, mentoring or supervisory role would be valuable.
The costs of your flights, accommodation, visas, medical expenses and insurance will be covered and you will receive a small living allowance during your placement.
Team leader vacancies
We have now filled all team leader positions, but we are still looking for volunteers aged 18-22 for placements starting in January 2012 and April 2012.
