Published in 2004

A book of testimonies from people linked to Skillshare International living and working on the frontline in South Africa during the apartheid years.

"On the morning of 28 June 1984 Jenny Schoon and her six year old daughter, Katryn, were killed in a parcel bomb explosion at their home in Lubango. The device used contained an estimated 500 grammes of explosives and was the type used to kill Palestinian Mayors on the West Bank. Jenny had long been aware of the risk of assassination…."

Jenny Schoon and her husband Marius were International Voluntary Service field officers [Skillshare International emerged from IVS] in Botswana from 1981 until 1983.

Was £6.99, now just £1.00! To order a copy of this book, click here or call + 44 (0) 116 254 1862.
