East Africa Regional Programme

In East Africa we work with a range of different organisations including government departments, educational institutions, local groups and regional and continental networks.  

Our regional programme partners include the Eastern Africa National Networks of AIDS Service Organisations (EANNASO); the Greater Horn of Africa Rainwater Partnership (GHARP); and the Coalition for Peace in Africa (COPA), an African continental organisation.  We also work with two cross-border organisations (MAAP and LOCIP) on a Maasai livelihoods project in Kenya and Tanzania.

Over the next five years, we will continue to expand beyond our existing geographical boundaries into other countries in East Africa. Our regional plan sets out our objectives for 2005-10.
