Basarwa children are often excluded from mainstream society and have limited access to education. Skillshare International and Tquii Xu Yani (TXY) are supporting the Basarwa community to reduce poverty and improve accommodation, education and livelihoods. To Whom It May Concern

"To Whom It May Concern" is a compilation of stories told by a range of people associated with Skillshare International over more than 30 years. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of democracy in South Africa in 2004, the book focuses on those working or volunteering on programmes across Southern Africa. Most of the stories are told here for the first time, reflecting the solidarity and comradeship with people across a physical and cultural divide, united in their desire for a just society.

Written by Kate Tebbett

Management of Cerebral Palsy

Written by Skillshare International development worker Kate Tebbett, "Management of Cerebral Palsy" documents an approach that has been pioneered in India by our partner organisation Vidya Sagar and three Skillshare International development workers. Vidyar Sagar has already embraced the positive findings of this research and now runs a formal training course on the Transdisciplinary Approach. A core team has been trained and is building the capacity of many other NGOs in Tamil Nadu.
